Yes, it is nice to be careful but we cannot live on fear all the time. We cannot be slave of being fear. Do not let worry stop you on what you want to do. Be considerate. Remember to breathe. Whenever you are feeling stress and panic, breathe in and out, breathe properly and slowly. Oxygen can give your mind the ingredient to think clearly. Next time when you stress out, try to breathe slowly and see whether it helps.
